Account Deletion
Simple and guaranteed process for your personal data.
WARNING: Deleting your TikoNote account is definitive and irreversible. All your personal data and history will be erased.
1. How to request account deletion
Since your identifier is not directly visible in the application, we use your email address to confirm account ownership and process the deletion request securely.
Email Deletion Process
- Use the email address associated with your TikoNote account.
- Send an email to the following address:
support@tikonote.app
- The subject of your email must be:
URGENT Account Deletion Request
- In the body of the email, please confirm your identity and your wish to delete your account.

2. Data Deleted and Retained
Data that will be erased:
- Username and account email address.
- Viewing history, notes, and generated content.
- Genre preferences and personalized recommendation algorithms.
- Third-party authentication tokens (Apple, Google).
Data that may be retained:
- Anonymized and aggregated data used for trend analysis (which can no longer be linked to your identity).
- Data retained for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. invoices if you had a subscription), in accordance with the law.
3. Important Information about Subscriptions
Deleting your TikoNote account does NOT automatically cancel subscriptions purchased via Google Play or the App Store.
You must cancel your subscription manually to avoid being charged for future cycles.
How to cancel your subscription:
- Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- iOS (App Store): Go to your device Settings → Your name → Subscriptions.
