By accessing or using TikoNote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Service Description
TikoNote provides:
- AI-powered study material generation
- Note-taking and organization tools
- Quiz and flashcard creation
- Mind map generation
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your password secure
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Respect intellectual property rights
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account with others
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
- Use the service to violate any laws
4. Subscription & Payment
TikoNote offers both free and premium subscriptions.
Premium Features:

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
5. Refund Policy
• 1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally available if:
- You request it within the first 3 days of your premium subscription purchase.
- The subscription was not used excessively or in violation of our terms.
- You experience unresolved technical issues caused by TikoNote.
- There were accidental or duplicate payments.
• 2. Inactive Accounts & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds for unused or inactive accounts; you are responsible for managing your subscription. Refunds are also not granted for requests made after 3 days, promotional offers, renewals, or accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• 3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email legal@tikonote.app with your name, account email, subscription plan, and reason. We will respond within 5-7 business days.
• 4. Payment Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TikoNote are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to process it for providing our services.
7. Limitation of Liability

TikoNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
